La Contessa, a chic Italian restaurant, partnered with us to transform their social media presence into a cohesive, high-impact brand experience. La Contessa previously relied on mainly reposting content from visitors and influencers. As part of our tailored strategy, we focused on three key priorities: attracting more weekday diners, spotlighting their hidden terrace, and positioning the restaurant as a go-to venue for private events. Through curated visuals, a refined posting flow, and an elevated tone of voice, we turned La Contessa’s feed into a reflection of its elegant atmosphere — growing visibility, engagement, and loyal customer visits.

Challenge
Located slightly off the main dining routes, La Contessa faced the challenge of filling tables during weekdays. They also wanted to increase awareness of the restaurant as a charming and elegant venue for private events.
Goal
Increase weekday reservations and event bookings year-round, while also highlighting La Contessa's hidden terrace during the summer season.
Result
We combined targeted ads with influencer partnerships to reach the right audiences, while continuously creating fresh, tailored content that kept followers engaged. With introducing new campaigns (Truffle Thursdays, Aperitivo Sundays, Big Group Dining), we maintained momentum, expanded La Contessa’s visibility, and turned their social media into a consistent driver of weekday visits, terrace reservations, and event bookings.
